My thoughts on Mess food V/S Junk food
If you don’t like the food served in the mess, it doesn’t always mean you are not hungry. True hunger means you should be able to eat even the food you don’t prefer. But many times, instead of eating the mess food, people go to the supermarket and buy snacks like Lays, Kurkure, or Maggi, which are not good for health. After cooking Maggi and eating those snacks, they may again feel hungry at midnight and eat more snacks. Soon, they start having stomach pain and need to rush to the toilet. By morning, their sleep is already affected. That is why avoiding junk food and eating proper meals, even if they are not your favorite, is much better for your health. But for me, it is really difficult to avoid all these. Still, I will try my best to avoid junk food.”
