Hello friends! I'm glad to have you here on my blog. I hope you're all doing great and having a wonderful day. I'm doing well too.
As a college student, I want to encourage both myself , my friends and my fans who are eagerly waiting for my blog to start each day with energy, focus, and stability. Here are five important things to do every morning to help achieve that in my opinion.
1). Hydrate for 2-3 minutes
                Right after waking up, drink a glass of water. If possible,  a slice of lemon for a refreshing boost. 

2). Stretch or light exercise
                 Do 5-15 minutes of light yoga, stretching or body weight exercise like jumping jacks, squats or pushups, . 

3). Practice mindfulness or gratitude
                  Sit quietly and take a few deep breath for 5-10 minutes and think of three things that you're grateful for or write them in journal. 

4). Plan your day
                     Review your task or goals for the day for 5-7 minutes. Write down your top 3 priorities and this keep you focus and productive. 

5). Avoid your phone ( initially) 
                      Give yourself a few moments of clarity before diving into any kind of social media or any notifications. It helps preserve your mental space and reduce stress.
