Hello friends! I'm glad to have you here on my blog. I hope you're all doing great and having a wonderful day. I'm doing well too. As a college student, I want to encourage both myself , my friends and my fans who are eagerly waiting for my blog to start each day with energy, focus, and stability. Here are five important things to do every morning to help achieve that in my opinion. 1). Hydrate for 2-3 minutes                 Right after waking up, drink a glass of water. If possible,  a slice of lemon for a refreshing boost.  2). Stretch or light exercise                  Do 5-15 minutes of light yoga, stretching or body weight exercise like jumping jacks, squats or pushups, .  3). THE FLOWER WITHIN US

In a cradle of soil, so quiet, so deep A seed of life begins it's sleep Beneath the earth, it dares to dream Of clear blue skies and gentle stream.  It sprouts with hope through trials unseen,  A weak stem, yet bold and keen Through storms and sun, it learns to stand Reaching for light with trembling hand.  The flowers bloom, in colors bright,  It's petals open to love and light It laughs with bees, it sings with rain,  It knows both joy and learns from pain.  But time pass, as time must do,  The edges brown, the winds blow through.  It's beauty fades, it's color gloomy,  Yet still, it shines with truth within.  At last, it bends with grace and peace,  As season turn and vital signs still.  But in the ground, it's seed remains,  To rise again in sun and rain.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Points to remember: 1).
