A Memorable moments in QSC 201
Friends,
Welcome back to my blog!
I am glad to be back after a brief hiatus. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing dizziness over the past few days and last night it took a turn for the worse. This morning, I woke up at 8:10 AM with a high fever and a burning body.
Despite not feeling well, I didn't want to missed my classes , so I took a shower, took some medicine, and heeded to College. My first hour was a literary form class, taught by Professor. MSJ, who gave us notes on Satire , it's purpose and techniques. I struggled to keep up with note - taking, but managed to get by. Thankfully, my fever subside momentarily.
The second hour was a language class, handle by Professor. Rajini, who explained the poem " Mera desh jal raha, koi nahi bujhaane wala".
During the break, a friend and I went to the washroom and refilled our water bottles. We had plan to drop off a newspaper at my mentor's office, but a classmates informed us that there were no newspaper available.
We waited for our professor to arrive for the third hour, but he was on leave, so our class representative took attendence instead. Since I hadn't eaten breakfast , a friend and I went to the canteen to grab something to eat. We also took up some snacks for my another friends, but unfortunately, they already left the classroom.
As it turned out, the fourth hour was cancelled due to the professor's leave , and the fifth hour was also cancelled because of a Tamil Department programme. During the third and fourth hours , we had a singing session, Abi's playing the guitar, David's hymns plus Punjabi dance mashup, and me, nei mawi and mercy the vocals. We sangs a mix of English song with one Tamil song.
Our recent " Animal Farm " play, organized by our Professor. David Wesley , had brought us closer together as classmates , and we've been having a blast ever since.
At 12:35 PM, some of our friends had to heed to their next classes, so we said our goodbye. I heeded back to my Hall , while others went to their classes. I took a rest for sometimes, unfortunately, the fever returned before I could have lunch , making it tasteless, I took some more medicine and fell asleep missing the Tefillah farewell.
That's all for today. Thanks for reading , and I'll catch you all in my next blog.
