Exercises

Hello guys, nice to meet you again. Did you guys wonder that I didn't write my blog for the past two days. If yes, the reasons is I attended the leadership camp which is organized by our department which is " Tefilah " . So I am not in a position to write my blog for the past two days... 

Today, I would like to share about the importance of taking exercise.Taking regular exercise give us good health as it exercise our brain, and any other parts of our body. Exercise can be taken in many different ways.. i, e... Physically, mentally and spiritually. But, I will focus on the physical exercise due to the experience that I had today. ... 

I am an introvert person who always stay in my room.I always wanted to overcome this introvert behavior but I can't.This lead me to some physical illness. .... 

Today, I took physical exercise with my friends by playing volleyball. Playing volleyball gave me a little bit  to overcome my shyness but not fully. It also exercise my part of body. Even though I'm a little bit tired ...I really feel better and comfortable.... 

I believe that if I take regular exercise... I will be able to cure my illness. If you guys have any suggestion pleace do mention on the comment.
